Refund Policy

Cancellation Before Shipment

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting our customer support at infooxygenkart@gmail.com or calling our support line (Mon–Sat, 10 AM to 6 PM). Upon successful cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the same mode of payment within 7 business days.

Cancellation After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped but not delivered, you may still request a cancellation within 48 hours of placing the order. In this case, we will deduct a flat shipping fee of ₹50 and refund the amount within the same mode of payment within 7 business days.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If the product you receive is damaged during transit, defective, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You can contact us at support@oxygenkart.in or call our customer care. We will arrange a reverse pickup and inspect the returned product. If the issue is verified, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.

Mandatory Video Proof for Returns

To initiate a return based on product quality issues or malfunction, you must provide a clear opening video recorded at the time of accepting the package from the delivery person. The video should clearly show:
- The outer package and shipping label
- Unsealing and opening of the package
- The product and its condition upon removal from the package

Claims without this video evidence will not be accepted.

Malfunction on Arrival

If the product malfunctions immediately upon receipt, you must notify us within 48 hours. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup and evaluate the item. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will replace it. If no defect is found, the same product will be returned to you, and forward and reverse shipping costs will be applicable.

Items Not Eligible for Replacement

• Products damaged by customer misuse or power surges
• Products not reported as defective within 48 hours
• Returns without the required unboxing/opening video

Warranty Terms

All products purchased directly from the Oxygen Kart website are eligible for a 30-day extended warranty in addition to the standard warranty period.

Warranty Service Process

Most products are covered under a 'Carry-In' warranty, where the customer needs to ship the product to the service center. In the case of smartwatches, if verified by customer support, we may arrange for a doorstep pickup and delivery.

Video Requirement for Warranty Claims

To claim warranty support, the customer must submit:
- A 360° handover video at the time of pickup
- An unboxing video at the time of receiving the product

Claims without these videos will not be processed.

Repair Disclaimer

Products returned under warranty may undergo handling during repair or transit. Minor cosmetic changes like scratches or scuffs may occur and are considered part of the repair process. No separate claim will be entertained for such cosmetic imperfections.
